At Rogue Industries, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. We want to ensure your fit is perfect, so we've streamlined our process to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
